At Coving Shop UK, we want you to be completely satisfied with your architectural mouldings. If your order isn't quite right, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully repackage the coving or decorative elements in their original boxes with sufficient padding to prevent snapping or chipping during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Send the package back to our warehouse using a tracked courier service; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the items to ensure they are in resalable condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
