Our range includes high-density polyurethane, hardened polystyrene, and traditional plaster. Each product page specifies the material, helping you choose between lightweight DIY-friendly options or classic heavy-weight mouldings.
Can I return my order if I change my mind?
Yes, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are in their original, uncut condition and packaging. Please note that return shipping costs for oversized items like coving are the responsibility of the customer.
Do you offer samples before I commit to a full order?
Absolutely. We recommend ordering samples to check the profile size and material quality against your ceiling height. Samples can be ordered directly from the individual product pages for a small fee.
How long does shipping take within the UK?
Standard delivery typically takes 2-4 working days. For urgent renovation projects, we offer an express shipping option at checkout for most stocked items.
What type of adhesive should I use for installation?
We recommend using our specialized DecoFix adhesives. We offer 'Pro' for standard installation, 'Power' for damp environments or heavy profiles, and 'Extra' for seamless jointing between lengths.
